Delivery

During checkout, you may be offered one or more delivery options. Any delivery timescales provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) courier delays, customs processing, high demand periods, supply chain disruption, or peak seasonal volumes.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Stock Availability

While we aim to hold stock of all listed products, occasional stock shortages may occur.

Where an item is temporarily out of stock or requires sourcing from a supplier, dispatch may take up to 10–12 working days.

If this applies to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to advise of the expected dispatch timeframe.

Next Day Delivery

Where a “Next Day Delivery” option is selected:

• Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability).

• Orders placed after 12:00pm, or on Fridays after 12:00pm, Saturdays or Sundays, will be dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday).

Accordingly, delivery may occur the following Tuesday.

Next Day Delivery applies to in-stock items only and does not apply to products requiring sourcing or special order.
