8. Instalment Payments

Orders placed using third-party instalment providers (e.g., Klarna) will not be processed until funds are released to us.

Delivery timelines begin once payment is confirmed.

10. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Next Day Delivery placed after Friday cutoff may arrive the following Tuesday.

11. Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately.

If the item has already been dispatched:

  • You must return the item

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

If the item has not been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

Custom or VIN-specific products cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Services, coding, and programming are non-refundable once performed.

Any approved refund will exclude transaction processing fees.

12. Vehicle Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.

We are not liable for:

  • Dealer software wipes

  • Vehicle software updates

  • Pre-existing vehicle electrical faults

  • Incorrect installation by third parties

  • Headunit or module failures unrelated to our product

Automotive coding may be reversed by dealerships or software updates. Reinstallation may be chargeable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMW Customz Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of earnings

  • Travel costs

  • Fuel costs

  • Dealer diagnostic charges

  • Removal/reinstallation costs

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BMW Customz Ltd harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or legal costs arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse of products

  • Third-party interference

15. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Courier failure

  • Power outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical system failures

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BMW Customz Ltd and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
